Route A - St Thomas, Cowick Barton Park - map - 9.2 km

Riverside Cycle route to Flowerpot Lane, St Thomas, Cowick Barton Park, Alphington, Alphinbrook, return by canalside cycle path.

Route B - Ludwell Valley - map - 10.7 km

Cycle route to Bridge Road, Rydon Lane, Ludwell Lane, Coronation Road, Dryden Road, Wonford Road, Matford Road, Bungalow Lane, Belle Isle.

Route C - Matford - map - 9.1 km

Cycle route to Bridge Road, R towards Exminster, cycle route to Marsh Barton (Yeoford Way roundabout), on-road cycle route Silverton Road, Bad Homburg Way, cyclepath to Grace Road, return via cycle path.

Route D - Ide Loop - map - 10.4 km

Hennock Bridge, Cycle Path To Clapperbrook Lane, Ide Lane, A30 Alphington Roudabout, Ide Lane, cross A30 To Balls Farm Road, Alphinton Road, Church Road, Legion Way, Grace Road, Marsh Green.

Route E - Topsham - map - 16.8 km

Double Locks, Bridge Road, Countess Wear, Swing Bridge, Glasshouse Lane, Lower Wear Road, Greenview Court, Lakeside Avenue, Higher Wear Road, Topsham Road, Exeter Road, High Street, Ashford Road, Ferry Road, Strand.

Route F - Turf Locks - map - 17.8 km

Turf Locks and back.

Route G - Ludwell Valley and University - map - 13.5 km

Ludwell valley, Rifford Road, Sweetbrier Lane, through park to Polsloe Bridge, Beacon Lane, Prince Charles Road, Union Road, cycle path to Velwell Road, Howell Road, Station Road, cycle path to quay.

Route H - Town Centre - map - 4.6 km

Up to Bedford Street, Iron Bridge, Dinham Road and back by river (need to add cathedral?).

Route I - Countess Wear -map - 10.9 km

Salmonpool, Bungalow Lane, Topsham Road, Council campus, cyclepath to Barrack Road, Topsham Road, Tollard's Road, cyclepath to Pyne's Hill, return either Ludwell Lane or Rydon Lane.

Route J - Pynes Hill - map - 14.2 km

Cycle path to Bridge Road, Rydon Lane, Old Rydon Lane, cross Chiefs' rugby ground bridge, through housing estate to Rydon Lane, down Ludwell Lane, along cycle path down Ludwell Valley, Topsham Road or riverside cycle route back to quay.
