Exeter CTC - First Aid Courses

We held a First Aid Course two years ago. One problem was that the course covered very general topics and there was very little material directly relevant to the types of incidents we face as cyclists.
This time Matt Upston, who is an Outdoor and Mountain Bike First Aid Trainer, will be delivering the course. We have decided to have two custom 2½ - 3 hour courses - in the evening to allow 'workers' to attend. Each course will have 10 or less participants.
Jan and Keith Portlock have very kindly offered to host the courses at their house near Ottery.
