CTC Exeter Christmas Lunch

Sunday 13th December 2015

13:00 for 13:30 at the Red Lion, Broadclyst

At this year’s Christmas Lunch you have the choice of

Three courses plus Coffee or Tea £24

Three courses only £22

Two courses plus Coffee or Tea £19

Two courses only £17

MENU

Starter

A: Roasted Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato Soup - with crusty bread - (*GF/DF/V/Vg)

B: Whitebait – small fry, deep-fried in a seasoned coating & served with garlic mayonnaise & organic bread

C: Duck Liver Parfait - with warm toast & onion marmalade - (*GF)

D: Creamy Garlic & Stilton Mushrooms – mushrooms sautéed with garlic butter, finished with a creamy Stilton sauce on toasted organic bread - (*GF/V)

E: Smoked Salmon Roulade - a smooth blend of smoked salmon, cream cheese, lemon & chives, rolled in smoked salmon & served on mixed leaves with organic bread - (*GF)


Main Course

F: Roast Beef - with Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables & roast potatoes - (*GF)

G: Roast Pork – West Country pork with apple sauce, sage, onion & sausage meat stuffing, seasonal vegetables & roast potatoes - (*GF)

H: Roasted West Country Turkey - with bread sauce, sage & onion stuffing, pigs in blankets, Brussels sprouts, seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes, gravy & cranberry sauce - (*GF/DF)

I: Scampi, Chips and Salad – breaded whole-tail scampi, with chips, salad, & tartare sauce

J: Fillet of Salmon - with a creamy prawn & dill sauce, seasonal vegetables & new potatoes - (*GF)

K: Butterbean, Squash, Sweet Corn & Thyme Casserole - with seasonal vegetables & mashed potatoes - (GF/V)

L: Toasted Hazelnut and Walnut Roast (V) – a combination of hazelnuts, walnuts, mushrooms, onion, peppers & apple, roasted in the oven & served with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, vegetables & vegetarian gravy - (*V)
